Mariani Square Lofts

Japantown's fruit-packing history survives at Mariani Square, where the landmark Mariani water tower still overlooks the complex. The 2004 project converted the packing warehouse into 45 lofts — brick exteriors, exposed wood-beam ceilings, concrete floors — alongside 114 new townhouses.
